Responsible for planning, managing, and technical performance of established engineering programs. Directs all phases of program(s) from initiation through delivery. Applies established technologies to provide solutions to technical problems.
Direct phases of program(s), develop and coordinate program plans, collaborate with technical staff, establish design concepts, interact with management and customer representatives, influence contract acquisitions, and lead program review sessions.
Requires technical leadership and excellence, ability to direct and participate in talent planning, attraction, selection, retention, and development, and ability to lead program review sessions with customers.
