Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales support, or a related role (defence or technology sectors preferred)
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical/Electronic/Software Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a comparable technical/analytical discipline or military experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently on routine tasks while seeking guidance on more complex items
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics)
- Willingness to travel 10â15 % for customer visits, trade shows, and industry events
- Canadian government security clearance
