Systems Engineers, Canadian Air

We are seeking a Systems Engineer to join our Canadian Air team, responsible for contributing to mission-critical aerospace programs through design, analysis, and test activities. The ideal candidate will have strong system-level thinking and problem-solving skills, experience with navigation, RF, communications, or software systems, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.

Requirements

• Performing design, analysis, and/or test activities in support of completing project objectives
• Documenting analysis, designs, and tests
• Writing formal test cases and executing them to collect formal test results
• Investigating system problem reports and field incident reports
• Providing technical support during higher level integration and qualification testing
• Providing technical inputs to, and reviewing technical outputs from subcontractors
• Product and process improvements
• Making presentations of work at design reviews or other types of peer review
• Providing support to the software team to ensure alignment to program requirements and operational performance expectations
