Job Description
Lead the selection, implementation, and long-term management of the company's enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform. Evaluate business requirements, identify ERP solutions, and drive end-to-end implementation across manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, procurement, finance, quality, and operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience managing, implementing, or administering ERP systems in manufacturing, industrial, or operational environments
- Experience leading full-cycle ERP implementations, including vendor selection, system design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
