The role of Assistant Design Program Manager is responsible for managing medium complex programs, representing Design in Engineering and Program Teams, and ensuring world-class craftsmanship, quality, usability, and customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in design, business, engineering, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of production development experience, 3+ years of program management relevant experience
- Strong facilitation skills, ability to be predictive and proactive, and high level of project management skills
- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, detail oriented problem-solving, and self-motivated
- Strong team building and interpersonal skills, and managerial courage
