Design and Release Engineer -Front Seat Structures

This role is for a Design and Release Engineer responsible for the definition of requirements, design, development, and leadership of seat structures and components. The selected candidate will be expected to work on-site at the Warren Tech Center at least three days per week.

Requirements

• Steer design and technical reviews for seat structure and subsystems within seating systems
• Define Interface Control Document (ICD) requirements for component and sub-system interfaces
• Release production design, on time, to meet commodity goals
• Conduct engineering and design reviews to insure 100 percent design fidelity
• Share Monitor focused problem-solving efforts on significant cost/quality/warranty issues on seat programs
