Manufacturing Group Leader - Production - Arlington

The General Motors Manufacturing Group is seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to lead teams in production, quality, or global supply chain as a Group Leader. The role involves managing daily operations, developing business processes, and fostering teamwork and collaboration. Selected candidates will gain new skills while contributing to the advancement of manufacturing processes for electric and autonomous vehicles.

Requirements

• 1 year of direct supervisory experience or 5 months as an internal GM per diem group leader
• Experience managing, leading people, and addressing performance concerns
• Experience solving complex problems and working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, experience managing conflict, and decision making
• Demonstrate a high analytical ability to solve complex problems
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, typing, email, etc.)
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and weekends
