Requirements

• Develop innovative seat designs and concepts for production vehicles and mobility solutions through sketches and digital tools
• Collaborate regularly with engineering, materials, manufacturing, and sculpting teams
• Consider user comfort, safety, and aesthetics from a big-picture perspective
• Offer insights and guidance to leadership, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
