Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Designer – HID Mobile Design to join our team. The role requires 5+ years of product design experience on mobile, with a focus on designing for automotive, connected products, or large-scale ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have exceptional design craft and execution, and be able to own problems, challenge assumptions, and shape solutions through deliberate design decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience on mobile
- Clear examples of shipping real products at scale and full ownership and accountability for positive outcomes
- Exceptional design craft and execution
- Clear evidence of original, critical thinking in interaction and product design
- Collaborative, low-ego mindset paired with strong conviction
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Experience designing for automotive, connected products, or large-scale ecosystems
