Job Description
We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the product strategy for AI developer productivity at General Motors, a leading automotive company. The successful candidate will define how agentic workflows can be scaled to mainstream engineering practice, own the product roadmap, and drive developer adoption through training and feedback sessions. The role requires strong technical judgment, principled decision-making, and the ability to build alignment across engineering, infrastructure, and vehicle teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management in developer tools, developer platforms, or infrastructure
- Technical credibility in build systems, CI/CD, monorepos, and development environments
- AI product experience in managing or shipping AI-powered developer tools, coding assistants, LLM applications, or agentic workflows
- Data-driven product sense in prioritizing telemetry, user research, and developer experience data
