Staff Product Manager - AV Capabilities

The Staff Product Manager for AV Capabilities will be responsible for shaping and executing the strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for specific autonomy capabilities and the underlying autonomy platform. This role requires strong technical judgment, principled decision-making, and the ability to build alignment across engineering, infrastructure, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or related industry experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields
• Proven experience with technical product management and leading the entire product lifecycle from concept to introduction
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data
• Excellent presentation abilities to drive a concrete vision and rally the team
• Technical proficiency in problem-solving with complex software solutions
• Experience defining vision and strategy for robotics or autonomy software products
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive stakeholder buy-in
• Proven oral and written communication skills; ability to become fluent in technical concepts and explain to non-technical partners
