Job description
We are seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the AI Training Program for our autonomous driving platform. In this role, you will own strategy and execution for large-scale data, tooling, and training pipelines that power next-generation autonomy models.
Program Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery of the AI Training Program, driving measurable improvements in training throughput, dataset readiness, and model velocity. Set clear OKRs, milestones, and execution plans across multiple teams.
10+ years of technical program management experience leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives. 5+ years working with AI/ML systems, model training pipelines, robotics, autonomous systems, or large-scale distributed compute environments.
