Job Description
The Handyman will be responsible for facility maintenance, including painting, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing related repairs.
Requirements
- Able to physically lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Ability to safely use common power, hand tools and hardware equipment
- Basic plumbing, electrical, mechanical and customer service knowledge
- HVAC knowledge and repair skills
- Experience installing and replacing plumbing systems
- Strong communication skills with managers and employees
- Self-starter with good time management skills
