Associate Director or Director, Product Management -Agentic Science Platform

Generate:Biomedicines is seeking an Associate Director or Director, Product Management to define and scale the Agentic Science Platform, building infrastructure, tools, and ecosystem for AI agents to accelerate drug discovery.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally including platform or AI-enabled products
• Experience working in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments within biotech, pharma, and/or tech
• Strong understanding of and hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, and evaluation methods
• Hands-on experience with continuous discovery, user research, and prototype development
• Excellent communication skills, ability to bridge scientists, engineers, and executives
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in computational sciences, applied mathematics, life sciences, engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred but not required
