Scientist I / Scientist II, Computational Protein Generation

We are seeking a creative, motivated Computational Scientist to join our Model-Driven Design team at Generate:Biomedicines.

Requirements

• PhD in Computational Biology, Biophysics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience applying computational and/or ML methods to protein design, modeling, or prediction
• Hands-on experience with machine learning and generative modeling for protein design
• Strong structural intuition and understanding of protein biophysics
• Proficiency in Python and scientific computing
