Associate, Acquisitions & Development

Generate Capital is looking for a driven, analytically rigorous professional to bring an investment ownership mindset to infrastructure transactions. The Associate, Acquisitions & Development is a core member of Generate's deal team, responsible for the financial analysis, structuring, and execution of investments across Generate's power and energy infrastructure portfolio.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in project finance, infrastructure M&A, structured finance, or a related role
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Familiarity with infrastructure financing structures
• Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Clear and compelling communication skills
• Entrepreneurial and ownership-oriented mindset
• High intellectual curiosity and interest in the energy transition
