You will possess exceptional accountancy skills, a proven track record in overseeing diverse finance functions, and a passion for our mission of empowering young people to achieve their full potential.

Requirements

• Develop and execute a long-term financial strategy in collaboration with the COO
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts, end-of-year accounts, and performance reports
• Oversee tax reporting obligations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Produce financial information for investors and engage in fundraising activities
• Implement and oversee quality assurance frameworks to ensure our programs and operations meet established standards
