Job Description
Generations Family Health Center is seeking a Patient Access Representative (Receptionist) to provide excellent customer service and work as a team with a multidisciplinary team. Major job duties include greeting patients, answering phone, scheduling appointments, obtaining information from patients, posting procedures, and collecting fees.
Requirements
- High school diploma, post-secondary school education preferred.
- Typing and computer skills essential.
- Familiarity with medical/dental terminology and billing procedures is necessary; experience in medical/dental office is helpful.
- Must be detailed oriented and able to handle multi-tasking in a fast paced environment.
