Applied Behavior Analysis Technician

Under the direction of the Program Supervisor, the Applied Behavior Analysis Technician works as an integral member of behavioral/mental health programs within Genesee Health System. Provides education, training, and support to children and families, and makes referrals for other needed services and supports.

Requirements

• Completed at least 25 semester hours of college in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Sciences, Human Development or related fields
• Registered Behavior Technician credential in good standing with the BACB (must submit proof of credential)
• Valid driver's license, current insurance, and use of a vehicle during working hours
• Ability to physically perform the tasks, including lifting up to 35lbs, standing for extended periods, and walking
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children that have special needs (preferred)
