Job Description
The Correctional Diversion Case Manager conducts services and supports for the criminal justice involved population and persons in crisis to assist with successful community reintegration and reduction or prevention in recidivism.
Requirements
- Bachelor in Social Work (BSW) with Michigan Bachelor Level Social Worker (LBSW) credential
- One (1) years' experience in the evaluation and treatment of children or adolescents
- Valid Michigan driver's license and current automobile insurance
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs on an occasional basis
- Ability to regularly stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to walk at a minimum of 35% up to a maximum of 65%
