The QM/UM Analyst works under the direction of the Director of Quality and Utilization Management, or designee, in a variety of clinical settings. Provides urgent support and coverage for high needs, high intensity case coordination, audit remediation, evidence collection and analysis for external reviews. Assists in projects related to quality of care, with a special focus on development of initiatives related to CCBHC, HCBS, and changing regulatory standards, as well as clinical development of electronic tracking and analysis of data for reporting.
