Junior Risk Analyst

Genesis Financial Solutions is looking for a Junior Risk Analyst to join their team. As a Junior Risk Analyst, you will perform empirically derived analysis to understand business performance, identify improvement opportunities, and develop strategies and recommendations. The role requires strong quantitative, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, MIS, or related field or equivalent experience
• Excellent problem solver, disciplined attention to detail, great communicator
• Strong ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a cross-functional team to drive results
• Intermediate skills using Microsoft Excel
• Strong quantitative skills and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team
• Ability to learn MS SQL Server (experience is preferred)
