Phoenix Tailings is a rapidly-growing clean mining and metals production startup seeking a Financial Analyst with a strong accounting foundation and exceptional financial modeling skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in financial analysis and modeling, preferably in manufacturing, mining, or technology-driven industries.
• Expertise in building financial models from scratch using Excel or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and economic concepts.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex financial information clearly.
