6.4. Corporate Development Associate

Phoenix Tailings is a rapidly growing clean mining and metals production startup dedicated to sustainable and economic critical metals production. We are looking for a Corporate Development Associate to support strategic growth initiatives across financing, transactions, and investor engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in investment banking, Big 4 transaction advisory, deal execution, or related strategic finance environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting transactions, including M&A, capital raises, or strategic investments
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Experience preparing high-quality presentations for executives, boards, and investors
• Exposure to investor relations, fundraising processes, or capital markets communications
• Attention to detail with the ability to synthesize complex information clearly
• Interest in infrastructure, clean technology, or industrial businesses
• Project Management experience
