PhD or Master's in related field. 8+ years’ experience. Expertise in solvent extraction of rare earths and process scale-up
5.5. Controller
5+ years startup finance experience. Strong GAAP accounting, financial modeling, and startup cash flow management. ERP system experience (NetSuite or similar) is a plus
5.3 Senior Grant Specialist
5+ years of grant writing experience, demonstrated success in securing funding from government agencies, and strong technical writing skills
1.7. Business Development Associate
2–3 years of business development experience, strong technical background, and proven self-starter
3.4 Senior Mechanical Technician
5+ years of experience as a mechanical technician, demonstrated experience in assembly and maintenance of electromechanical systems, and ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
1.6. Lead Separation Engineer
BS in relevant engineering field +5 yrs exp. expertise in solvent extraction/process development. Ability to scale processes from lab to production
