Job Description
Phoenix Tailings is a rapidly growing clean mining and metals production startup dedicated to sustainable and economic critical metals production. We are looking for a Senior Accountant with manufacturing experience who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
- 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a start-up or high-growth environment
- Proficiency with NetSuite ERP, or similar
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting best practices in prior roles within a manufacturing industry
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving company environment
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the desire to build efficient systems from the ground up
