Field Development Study Manager - Consultant Process Engineer

We are seeking a Field Development Study Manager - Consultant Process Engineer to join our dynamic team at Genesis Energies. As a trusted advisor committed to a sustainable future, we work in close collaboration with our clients to provide innovative, robust, and sustainable solutions. The successful candidate will lead scopes of work such as process design, process system modelling and optimisations, operations support troubleshooting, and facility capacity rating, debottlenecking and benchmarking.

Requirements

• Chartered Engineer (or equivalent)
• Significant experience in upstream oil and gas and energy sectors
• Knowledge of field development activities and experience in feasibility, conceptual design and FEED projects
• High competency with specialist process engineering software
• Good understanding of related discipline activities (technical safety, environmental, mechanical, piping and layouts, electrical and C&I)
• Good report writing and presentation skills
• Able to work independently and within integrated local and virtual teams
• Experience of pastoral care – leading and developing Process Engineers
