Job Description
At GenesisCare, we're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis to help us deliver smarter, more connected care. As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll partner with business and technology teams to deliver high-impact projects across clinical and corporate environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in complex environments
- Strong experience in systems integration and data mapping
- Proven ability to deliver projects involving significant business process change
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders and business units
- Excellent communication skills—able to influence and engage at all levels
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate business needs into solutions
- Experience in healthcare (highly regarded but not essential)
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with competing priorities
