Job Description
GenesisCare is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to provide strategic and commercially focussed legal advice and support to the business and strategic initiatives. The role will oversee all legal matters across GenesisCare's Australian business and provide legal support on corporate and capital management matters, business development priorities, and commercial contractual matters.
Requirements
- 6+ years of legal practice experience
- Top-tier firm or blue chip corporate legal practice experience
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
- Qualified to practice as an Australian Legal Practitioner
- Experience working in healthcare, patient and purpose focused
- Excellent technical legal skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver commercial and fit-for-purpose legal advice
- Demonstrated ability in both internal and external stakeholder management
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise matters in line with strategic priorities of the business
- High degree of professional ethics, integrity and strength to express their views
