Analyst, General Accounting, Record to Insight (FSSC)

Genesys empowers organizations to improve customer and employee experiences by creating the best experiences. The Accounting Analyst will support the General Accounting tower, focusing on journal entry preparation, analysis, and month-end closing activities globally.

Requirements

• Prepare, review, and post journal entries for assigned area
• Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities to meet deadlines
• Ensure all transactions comply with company policies, internal controls, and Accounting Standards
• Investigate and analyze unusual entries or variances; propose corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate tasks, and improve efficiency
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and system enhancements
