Associate Software Engineer

Genesys empowers organizations to improve loyalty and business outcomes by creating the best experiences for their customers and employees. The Developer Tooling team provides technical support for internal and external developers using the Genesys Cloud platform.

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience working with Java or another Object-Oriented programming language
• 1-2 years' experience with JavaScript, Typescript, and/or React
• 1-2 years' experience with web architectures and technologies
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and communication skills
