Corporate Counsel (EMEA)

The company is seeking a Corporate Counsel to provide commercial legal support to their Sales and Channel organisations across EMEA, helping drive growth while mitigating risk.

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited UK or EU law school
• Licensed to practice law in England & Wales or an EU jurisdiction, with experience negotiating contracts governed by English law
• 2–3 years PQE in TMT law at a reputable firm, or equivalent in-house experience, particularly with SaaS agreements
• Strong skills in contract drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder communication
• Substantive knowledge of intellectual property law as it applies to cloud services
• Ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal solutions with sound judgment
• Demonstrated capability to manage complex workloads, prioritize tasks, and work independently
