Requirements

• Global Contributor: Act as a primary contributor to global Change Management (CM) and security review processes, evaluating the security implications of changes across the entire Genesys Cloud environment.
• Vulnerability Advocacy: Identify misconfigurations and vulnerabilities, then collaborate directly with developer teams to drive fixes and reach acceptable security solutions.
• Web App Vigilance: Utilize your understanding of the OWASP Top 10 to identify and prioritize risks in our web-based application environment.
• Operational Analysis: Participate in threat hunting and incident response activities, monitoring for anomalies in the identity lifecycle and across logging platforms.
• Tracking & Remediation: Use vulnerability scanning, SAST, and SCA tool categories to proactively find issues, then track and drive remediation efforts with service teams.
