Job Description
Genesys empowers organizations to improve customer and employee experiences through its AI-powered Experience Orchestration platform. The company is seeking a Product Marketing Intern to support its Product Marketing team in driving market intelligence, sales enablement, and go-to-market execution.
Requirements
- Assist the Product Marketing team in creating and refining pitch decks and GTM decks
- Support roadmap tracking efforts and ensure messaging consistency
- Conduct competitive audits and market research
- Help maintain and standardize product messaging and value propositions
- Assist in refining and maintaining buyer and user personas
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market
- Track and measure the impact of product marketing initiatives
