We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to lead the development, deployment, and optimization of core initiatives that drive performance across our global Direct Sales organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Sales Strategy, Revenue Strategy, Sales Operations, or Management Consulting within a SaaS or high-growth environment
- Demonstrated success designing, launching, and managing large-scale sales programs or strategic initiatives
- Strong business acumen with deep understanding of SaaS sales motions, pipeline dynamics, forecasting, and productivity drivers
- Advanced analytical capability—expert in Excel/Sheets, Salesforce, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional executive presentation and communication skills; proven ability to influence senior leaders
- Strong project management expertise with experience leading multi-workstream, cross-functional initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred)
