Genesys empowers organizations to improve loyalty and business outcomes by creating the best experiences for their customers and employees. As a Solution Consultant, you will help customers reimagine their customer experience strategies by combining cloud, AI, and CX technologies.
Requirements
- Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or solution architecture
- Understanding of Customer Experience (CX), CCaaS, or customer journey orchestration
- Exposure to AI in CX (e.g., bots, agent assist, analytics, or GenAI)
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, APIs, and integrations
- Ability to connect technology with business value and outcomes
- Experience engaging with enterprise customers or senior stakeholders
- Strong communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills
- English proficiency (intermediate to advanced preferred)
- Experience in Mexican market or with diverse client segments is a plus
