As a regional administrative business partner at Genetec’s APAC headquarters in Singapore, you will drive the smooth and efficient operations of our regional office. You will act as a trusted partner to the leadership team, supporting daily business operations, managing complex administrative processes, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams and time zones.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative, operational, or business support roles
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
