Product Owner - Integration

Your team will be delivering seamless, reliable integrations that power our business systems and connect us to partners, customers, and compliance agencies worldwide. You will own the product backlog for business system integrations (ERP, CRM) and external integrations (EDI, third-party APIs, compliance agencies).

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a software or enterprise integration context
• Solid understanding of ERP and CRM platforms (SAP, D365, Salesforce, or equivalent) and how they integrate with the broader enterprise
• Hands-on familiarity with EDI standards: X12, EDIFACT, AS2 — you know what an 850, 856, and 810 are
• Experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Event Hub, or Service Bus) or equivalent iPaaS platforms
• Exposure to compliance integration requirements such as e-invoicing mandates or tax reporting obligations (e.g., GST/HST, VAT, SAF-T)
• Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable presenting to both technical teams and executive sponsors
• Proficient in Agile/Kanban methodologies with experience owning and grooming a product backlog
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate technical complexity into business-clear language
• Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written (this role requires interaction with our international collaborators and customers)
