Reproductive Program Sr Technician

GENEX is seeking a Reproductive Program Senior Technician to provide Artificial Insemination services, breeding program assistance, and sell GENEX semen, services, and products. The position is 99% dairy emphasis and 1% beef emphasis.

Requirements

• Strong dairy background with experience working with dairy cows
• Degree in Agriculture or equivalent experience is preferred
• Experience in heat detection on large farms
• Aggressive sales and service person who is self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must possess communication and people skills
• Willingness to learn and develop both personally and professionally
• Computer skills are required; and ability to work with herd management software is a plus
