Job Description
The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in managing budgets, tracking expenses, and supporting financial planning across the Accelerate organization. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively across global time zones in a fully remote environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting or a similar analytical role
- Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Solid understanding of finance fundamentals
- Experience in financial planning and creating data-driven analysis is a strong plus
- Experience with finance tools and systems (ERPs, BI tools, SQL, Pigment, etc.) is an advantage, but not required and willing to learn
- Highly detail-oriented with a curious, analytical mindset
- Proven ability to solve problems independently and organize workload effectively
- Comfortable working with modern technology to extract, transform, and interpret data
