Agents/Dispatchers - Towing and Roadside

Global Pacific Support is seeking dedicated Agents/Dispatchers for our Towing and Roadside Assistance team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance and will be responsible for coordinating timely and effective service delivery.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role within the towing or roadside assistance industry is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and dispatch software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A commitment to providing excellent customer service and supporting team operations.
