• Proven experience in dispatching, customer service, or a related field (knowledge of towing and Roadside assistance)
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
• Proficient in using computers, VoIP systems, and web-based tools.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be self-motivated, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Must have a functioning PC or laptop with updated operating system and headset.
