Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in a direct sales role
- Previous experience in selling and scaling programmatic ad campaigns
- Established relationships with advertising buying and planning teams
- Strong understanding of the sports content and advertising ecosystem
- Proven experience in prospecting, cold calling, winning business, and selling ideas to new accounts
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to engage with all levels of the customer's organization and internal cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, trade shows, and other business purposes
- Highly self-motivated with professional discipline and excellent follow-through
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales growth targets at a hyper growth company
