Product Designer

Genius Sports is seeking a Product Designer to design clear, scalable product experiences in fast-moving, data-rich environments, leveraging AI and real-time data.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in product / UX/UI design
• Strong UI skills: visual clarity, hierarchy, and ability to present complex data cleanly
• Strong UX thinking: flows, structure, edge cases, and real-time states
• Systems thinking: ability to design cohesive experiences across platforms and touchpoints
• Experience working with data-heavy or real-time products (sports, finance, analytics, etc.)
• Proven AI experience: building prompt-based workflows, automation pipelines, or AI-assisted product features
• Hands-on prototyping: expert in Figma; comfortable building interactive prototypes in React / HTML / CSS or via AI coding tools
• Research experience: interviews, usability testing, surveys, and synthesis into product decisions
• Comfortable working with analytics and experimentation frameworks
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders in complex environments
