Director, Facilities & Workplace Solutions

Genmab is an international biotechnology company looking for a Director, Facilities & Workplace Solutions to guide the strategic direction of their Dutch workplace environment. The role requires a leader who brings accountability and the ability to operate effectively within a complex, dynamic organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 12+ years in biotech, pharma or related industry, with significant exposure to facility management
• Proven experience overseeing laboratory facilities
• Demonstrated management experience leading diverse teams within a complex organizational environment
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Dutch and a strong understanding of Dutch workplace culture
• Highly developed hospitality and service orientation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to balance strategic and operational considerations
• Significant experience interpreting complex information to influence stakeholders across functions.
• Strong digital literacy, including advanced MS Office capabilities
