Senior Associate, Lab Management

Genmab is seeking a Senior Associate, Lab Management to support laboratory management activities at their QC laboratories in Copenhagen. The ideal candidate will have experience in lab management, GMP laboratory regulation, and safety regulations, with a strong organizational agility and ability to prioritize multiple projects. The role is located in Ballerup and reports to the Senior Manager, Global Lab Management in DK.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Biology/Chemistry or as Academy Profession (AP) graduate in Lab Technician
• 3 years of lab management experience, with experience or good understanding of GMP laboratory regulation and environment
• Experience in working with people from diverse backgrounds, discipline and culture
• Strategic mindset, adaptive, enthusiasm, willingness to learn, hands-on mentality, strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
