Senior Business Application Engineer – Research Digital Systems

Requirements

• At least a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical/biotech field
• 8+ years of experience in biotech/pharma or laboratory IT
• Excellent soft skills to work with various stakeholder teams
• Strong experience with system administration, application support, and IT infrastructure concepts
• Experience with computerized systems validation (CSV), GAMP5, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance
• Hands-on experience with managing enterprise lab systems and/or electronic lab notebooks (ELN)
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, AWS services, Linux, Docker, Windows Services, SQL-based databases, and interfacing technologies
• Experience with automation scripting and integration of lab systems with backend services
