Requirements
- BA/BS required plus 5 years’ experience
- MBA plus 3 years’ experience or other related advanced degree strongly preferred
- 3-5 years of experience as a project manager in a pharmaceutical/biotech company including process improvement or change initiatives
- Oncology/Hematology experience is required
- Experience in market approval and/or commercial launch phases is required
- Proven experience in oncology product launches, with strong understanding of market access dynamics, regulatory requirements, and cross-market launch sequencing
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex, interdependent projects simultaneously, driving timelines, budgets, and proactively resolving cross-team issues, while maintaining alignment to long-term strategy
- Project leadership and strong organizational skills are required
- Strong business acumen with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights, recommendations, and decision frameworks for stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, effectively driving alignment and results across global and market teams
- Experience preparing materials and insights for governance forums and supporting senior leadership decision-making
