Student Worker, Global HR Business Partner - Tech Ops

We're looking for a student worker to support the HR Business Partner for TechOps with data-driven insights and HR systems. The role offers ownership, independence, and flexibility, including remote work options.

Requirements

• Currently in the final year of a Bachelor's or first year of a Master's degree, based in Denmark
• Strong analytical and data-handling skills, comfortable working with large datasets
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, formulas; Power BI or similar is a plus)
• Preferably experience with dashboards, data visualization tools, or analytics projects
• Ability to translate data into clear insights and visualizations
• Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive and independent, with a strong sense of ownership
• Comfortable communicating insights to different stakeholders, including senior leaders
