Job Description
We are looking for a (HBO) Bachelor or Master student in Bioinformatics for a 9-month internship. The successful candidate will work on creating curated test datasets for Next Generation Sequencing pipelines.
Requirements
- A (HBO) Bachelor or Master student Bioinformatics, enrolled at a Dutch educational institution
- Available to start from September 2026
- Experience with Linux, scripting and basis knowledge of NGS data formats is recommended
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Good communication skills and knowledge of English, both verbally and in writing
